What if I receive the wrong item or a damaged product?Updated 2 months ago

If you receive an incorrect item or a product that is damaged, please contact our customer service team with a description of the items and pictures if possible. This will help us in creating the correct return or replacement order for you. If an item arrives damaged or has a quality control issue, we can issue a replacement for the damaged goods. We may not require you to send back the damaged item but ask to discard it instead.
